Tapas, the perfect snack for when you're feeling fancy, but not too fancy. Here are some of my favorite tapas recipes:
Spicy patatas bravas are a staple in any tapas bar. Simply slice up some potatoes, toss with olive oil, garlic, and smoked paprika, then top with a fried egg and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Croquetas are basically just deep-fried balls of cheese and ham. Sounds simple, tastes amazing. Mix together some grated cheese, diced ham, and a pinch of salt. Shape into small balls, then fry until golden brown. Serve with a side of tangy aioli for dipping.
Gazpacho is a Spanish cold soup made from tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers. Sounds like a weird combination, but trust me, it's a winner. Blend all the ingredients together, then serve chilled with a side of crusty bread for dipping.
