Another day, another bug. Another bug that could've been avoided with proper QA.

Details:

• Code Review: Failed
• Code Commit: Successful
• Deployment: Successful (but not really)

Steps to Replicate:

1. Run the code on a Monday morning
2. Watch as it fails miserably
3. Wonder why you didn't just test it on Friday afternoon

Impact:

Users reported a 50% increase in spontaneous combustion of the system's toaster.

Workarounds:

• Unplug the toaster
• Use a different brand of toaster
• Don't use the code
