Meet the Supreme Council of Neo-Brutalist Overlords' Lead Critic, the one and only Balthazar McSnazz. Balthazar is a renowned expert in all things aesthetically questionable, and has a Ph.D. in "The Art of Making People Squirm with Aesthetics".
As the lead critic, Balthazar is responsible for reviewing the most avant-garde, the most daring, and the most utterly confounding works of Neo-Brutalist art. He is the gatekeeper of taste, the arbiter of style, and the scourge of all that is bland and boring.
When not busy being a snobbish critic, Balthazar enjoys collecting antique teapots, practicing extreme ironing, and sipping Earl Grey tea while listening to elevator music.
