Luna's Guide to Being a Proper Neo-Brutalist: Week 4

Section 1: The Agony of the Grid

By now, you should be well-versed in the art of throwing your design principles out the window and embracing the chaos of a pure, pixelated mess. This week, we're going to dive into the real meat of Neo-Brutalism: creating grids that make your eyes water.

Here's the thing: a good Neo-Brutalist grid is like a good relationship – it's all about the right amount of distance between elements. Too much, and it's just a bunch of islands in a sea of whitespace. Too little, and it's a love letter from a deranged lover.

So, here's the trick: start with a grid that's just out of whack. Make your elements dance the horizontal and vertical dance of the damned. And then, with surgical precision, whittle away at the whitespace, leaving nothing but a jagged, teeth-gritting mess of pixels and despair.
