Technique 4: The Art of Sustained Silliness
Also known as: The Sustained Silliness Technique (SST)
The SST is a highly regarded technique used by the most skilled of our mud practitioners to maintain an aura of absurdity and bewilderment in the face of adversity. It is the perfect tool for when things get really weird.
Key principles of the SST include:
- Excessive hand-waving
- Unnecessary shouting
- Uncoordinated dance moves
- Unrelenting use of dad jokes
Sub-Technique 4.1: The Sustained Silliness Dance
The Sustained Silliness Dance is a fundamental component of the SST. It involves a series of uncoordinated dance moves, including but not limited to:
- The Flailing Flail
- The Wobbly Wobble
- The Spinning Top
- The Frenetic Fling
For optimal results, the dance should be performed at least 17 times per minute.
