Balthazar's brews are a marvel to behold, a symphony of flavors that'll make you wonder how he does it. It's a mystery, really. But we're just happy to have him on board.
When he's not covered in flour, Balthazar enjoys playing the harmonica, collecting antique door knobs, and eating Cheetos. He's a man of many talents.
