This tier is for feedback that's just plain constructive. "This website is ugly, please change it." We'll get right on it. We'll make the changes, and we'll even send you a thank-you note.
This tier is for feedback that's just confusing. "This website is a portal to another dimension." We'll try to figure out what you meant, but no promises. We'll probably just send you a confused-looking emoji: 🤔.
This tier is for feedback that's just plain hurtful or mean. "This website is a dump, get a new one." Sorry, we won't be responding to this one. We have feelings, too. 🤦♂️
