For every beer, there's a cheese that's just meant to be. Pursue the perfect parmesan pizza pairing, or maybe go all out with a brie-filled charcuterie board.
1. Don't even think about pairing with anything that has kale. Ever.
2. If it's not a meat, it's not a match. Unless it's a meatball.
3. The only thing more sacred than beer is beer foam.
4. Don't @ me, but if you pair a beer with anything that has 'truffle' in the name, you're doing it wrong.
5. If all else fails, pair it with a beer that has a picture of a cat on the label.
