The Great I.P.A. Debate of 2023: Team Steve Weighs In

Steve here. I'm the lead brewmaster of the team, and I'm about to give you my thoughts on the most important beer style of the century: the I.P.A.

Why I.P.A.s are the Best

They're the perfect blend of hops and malts. The citrusy notes of the citrus hops pair perfectly with the rich, malty goodness of the pale malts. It's a union of flavors that's greater than the sum of its parts.

Subpage: The Steve-Approved I.P.A.s of 2023

1. Pliny The Elder

It's not too hoppy, but just hoppy enough. The kind of beer that makes you go "Hmmm... this is nice."

2. Heady Natty

It's like someone took all the best parts of an I.P.A. and put them in a bottle. No, it's not too good to be true.

3. Julius by Bell's

A classic. The kind of beer that says, "I'm a sophisticated beer drinker, but I still like a little bit of bitterness."

Of course, there are many other great I.P.A.s out there, but these are just a few of Steve's favorites. Don't @ me.
