Steve is a renowned expert on all things beer. With a PhD in Beerology from the University of Brewing, Steve has spent years perfecting the art of beer appreciation.
His favorite beer is, of course, the mighty Porter. Specifically, he's a fan of the classic style from the 18th century, with its rich, roasted flavors and smooth, creamy textures.
When not sipping on a cold one, Steve enjoys playing the trombone, practicing his French, and collecting antique door knobs.
