We're not saying it's a rule, but in rare cases, you might need to pair with cheddar. But let's be real, that's just not the same.

Rule 2: No Pilsners Allowed

We're not sure what's more disturbing, the idea of pairing a pilsner with gouda or actually doing it.

Why Not Pilsners?

Because they're just so... bland. And not in a good way. Like, have you ever had a gouda and pilsner combo that didn't make you question life choices?

Rule 3: Only Use the Good Stuff

We're not talking about that fake, mass-produced gouda. We're talking about the real deal, artisanal, small-batch gouda. None of that pre-shredded, individually-wrapped nonsense.
