Perone-Style Brews: a style so complex, it's like trying to solve a Rubik's Cube blindfolded. With over 17 different flavor profiles, 32 distinct brewing processes, and a dash of pure, unadulterated madness, it's a wonder anyone has managed to tame this beast.
But, if you're up for the challenge, welcome to Latte da Mamma Brews, the only brewery brave – or foolhardy – enough to take on the Perone-Style challenge.
It starts with a 12-step brewing process, each step more intricate than the last.
1. Steep the grains for exactly 47 minutes and 32 seconds.
2. Add 1.5 times the amount of yeast as the recipe calls for, then subtract 1/4th of that amount and add 1/2 cup of water.
3. Age the beer for 27 days, 14 hours, 42 minutes, and 11 seconds. Don't even think about opening the fridge during this time, or the whole thing is ruined.
And that's just the beginning! With over 300 possible permutations, it's no wonder our brewers require a Ph.D. in Beer Science to even begin.
But don't worry, we have a team of experts – okay, it's just Steve – who's got this.
