The Perfect Pilsner Recipe
For those who like it light, yet still want to get their craft on.
Perfectly Pilsner: 5.2% ABV, 12 IBUIngredients:
- 1 cup Pilsner malt
- 1 lb Hallertau hops
- 1 lb White Labs yeast
Instructions:
- Mash at 152F for 60 minutes
- Sparged with 2 oz hops for 15 min
- Boil for 60 min
