Salmon and Hops

Ingredients:

1 lb salmon fillet (fresh, not canned)

4 oz hops (any variety, but I like to use a nice, plump hop)

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp honey

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1/4 cup chopped scallions (green onions)

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

1/4 cup chopped sesame seeds (optional)

1/4 cup chopped sunflower seeds (optional)

1/4 cup chopped pumpkin seeds (optional)

1/4 cup chopped sesame oil (optional)

1/4 cup chopped soy sauce (optional)

1/4 cup chopped lemon juice (optional)

1/4 cup chopped honey (optional)

1/4 cup chopped garlic powder (optional)

1/4 cup chopped paprika (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the salmon in a pan over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.

2. Add hops to the pan and stir until they are slightly toasted.

3. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and paprika, and stir until combined.

4. Add chopped scallions, cilantro, parsley, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and paprika, and stir until combined.

5. Serve the salmon and hops hot, garnished with additional hops and chopped scallions, cilantro, parsley, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and paprika.

Enjoy your delicious salmon and hops!
