Tom's Fermentation 101: The Art of Kefir

Recipe 1: Basic Kefir Cheese (AKA, "Don't Make Me Eat Alone")

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Milk the non-dairy milk (you feel me?) into a jar with the kefir grains.
  2. Let sit in the fridge for 24-48 hours.
  3. Strain into a bowl and voila! You have basic kefir.
