Spicy Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi Stir-Fry)
A classic Korean dish that's easy to make and fun to eat. This recipe is a must-try for kimchi enthusiasts!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups kimchi (we recommend Tom's special recipe)
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the beef and cook until it's browned.
- Add the kimchi and gochujang, and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
