Infiltrate the local fromagerie, gather intel on the brie inventory, and sabotage any non-brie operations.

**Phase 1 Success Conditions:**

We must gather intel on the brie selection, identify and disable any non-brie products, and establish a brie-only sales channel.

Phase 1 will last for 48 hours, commencing at 6:00 AM sharp on the day of the brie moon.
