Because, you know, they're all going to love being poked and prodded with questions about their workflow and how the new system will change everything. And who doesn't love meetings?
Meet with them, take their feedback, and pretend to care. Then, pretend to listen to their concerns, and pretend to make changes. It's all about the art of the meeting!
Because, as we all know, nothing says "upgraded" like a bunch of people sitting in a conference room arguing about syntax and semantics.
