Article III, Section 2: The Scepter's Unyielding Grip

The Scepter's unyielding grip is not to be underestimated.

It shall hold fast the very fabric of reality itself.

And none shall stand in its way.

Unless, of course, you are a worthy adversary.

Then, and only then, shall the Scepter's grip be tested.

But let it be known, you are not worthy.

For the Scepter is the ultimate authority.

And its word is law.
