Resolution:
- Establish a Unicorn Council with representatives from all 7 districts of Equestria.
- Implement a Universal Manure Distribution System for all unicorns to share in times of drought.
- Enshrine the sacred totem, "Sparkles," in the heart of the Everbloom Forest.
