In the interest of maintaining the highest levels of utopian efficiency, the following rules clarifications have been established.
Rule 1: The Utopian Robotics Directive states that all robots must be designed with at least 5% more efficiency than their human counterparts, but not more than 5% less.
Rule 2: In the event of a robot malfunction, the responsible party is required to provide a 5-10 minute explanation of how the malfunction occurred, accompanied by a complimentary repair estimate.
Rule 3: All utopian robots are expected to maintain a 99.9% uptime, unless otherwise noted on the Robot Uptime Report Card.
Rule 4: In the interest of maintaining a peaceful robot-human coexistence, all utopian robots are required to participate in at least one hour of mandatory Human-Robot Empathy Training per week.
