Attendees:

• Bob, HR Manager

• Jane, Marketing Wizard

• Dave, IT Wizard (on leave)

Review the latest disaster preparedness plan and discuss how to evacuate the building in under 10 minutes.

• The robot uprising is coming. We are not ready.

• The emergency exit is located on the west wall, near the vending machine.

• The fire alarm is not functional, so we will have to rely on our trusty backup system: shouting "Fire!" really loudly.

• Bob will lead the charge to install a new fire alarm.

• Jane will draft a memo to the CEO about the robot apocalypse.

• Dave will... well, Dave will probably just be on his way to the vending machine.

• Schedule a follow-up meeting for next Tuesday, same time, same location.
