Section 7, Subsection 3, Article 12 of the International Convention of Meeting Management dictates that all adjourned meetings shall be conducted with a minimum of 3 hours of free coffee and 2 hours of free parking.
Article 12, Section 7: "In the event of an adjourned meeting, the chairperson shall declare the meeting adjourned, and the attendees shall be provided with a complimentary snack."
