Dear John Doe,
As per our previous meetings, our office is in dire need of caffeine to fuel our productivity. I have decided that we will have a 24/7 coffee machine installed in the break room, stocked with a variety of exotic beans.
However, I have also decided that we must also install a vending machine that dispenses only the finest imported Italian pastries. Nothing less will do.
