Phase 1: Wake Up and Stretch - You've been asleep for 45 minutes

Stretching Routine:

1. Touch your toes, John. Yeah, all the way down.

2. Stretch those arms out wide like a bird in flight.

3. Arch that back, John. You know, like you're trying to reach the ceiling.

4. Breathe in deep, John. You're going to need it.
