Our mission, should you choose to accept it, is to provide the perfect cup of tea to even the most discerning of customers. Whether you like it hot, you like it cold, or you like it with a dash of cream and a sprinkle of sugar, we'll do our best to deliver. And if we can't, well, that's just not our problem.
Methods we've developed to achieve this lofty goal are highly guarded secrets, known only to a select few. But let's just say they involve a lot of math and science, but not so much actual warmth.
