Decree #3: Mandatory Use of Exclamation Marks

By order of the Supreme Ruler of the Realm, it is hereby decreed that all written communication must include exclamation marks at the end of sentences.

Sub-Decree: Exclamation Marks in All Forms of Written Communication

Effective immediately, all forms of written communication, including but not limited to emails, texts, and tweets, are required to end with an exclamation mark.

Failure to comply will result in penalties, including but not limited to:

Forfeiture of all rights and privileges, including but not limited to the right to use emojis
Assignment to the Island of the Uncooperative
