Episode 2/1: The Time-Traveling Toaster

The year is 2154 and the world is in shambles. The once great nation of America has been reduced to a mere memory, a footnote in the annals of time.

A group of rebels, led by the enigmatic and brilliant, Captain Chronos, has taken up the mantle of saving the timestream. But their quest is fraught with peril, and their toaster, a trusty steed from the dawn of the 20th century, is on the fritz.

The Chrono-Toaster, as it's come to be known, has been malfunctioning since the 8th hour of the 12th day, 3456. The rebels have been trying to fix it, but it seems to be a case of the classic "time-traveling toaster blues."
