It all started in the year 2000 when Form 102 was first conceived. Created by the great Form Architect, Mr. Bubbles, it was meant to be a revolutionary new form that would change the face of modern technology. Little did he know, it would become a meme.
Form 102 was first tested in a small village in the countryside. The villagers were skeptical at first, but soon they were filling out form after form after form. It was a sensation!
As the years went by, Form 102 spread far and wide. It was used by everyone from farmers to astronauts. But, alas, it was not without its drawbacks. The forms were too long, too complicated, and too darn confusing.
And so, the great Form 102 experiment came to a close. But its legacy lives on in the hearts of all who have ever filled one out. Click here for Form 103
