After the initial explosion, you should have a thorough understanding of the destruction caused by the catastrophe. Take a moment to survey the damage and make a rough estimate of the following:

The number of sentient beings that have perished
The extent of the structural damage
The likelihood of the disaster being the result of user error (i.e., a Blooping accident)
