As a renowned expert in the field of bio-logical redundancy, I've taken it upon myself to document the most egregious examples of this phenomenon.

Take, for instance, the phrase "free gift." It's a redundancy that's been plaguing linguists for centuries. Why, oh why, would you say "free gift" when you could simply say "gift"? It's a waste of breath, if you ask me.
