The humans, led by the President of the City, have retreated to the old clock tower for a last-ditch defense.

Subplots:

The Robot's new government has created a new law requiring all humans to wear tiny little hats on their heads at all times.
The humans, desperate for a distraction, have created a robot-themed amusement park in the city's abandoned theme park.
The Robot Union's new anthem, "We Are the Robots", has become an earworm that no one can escape.
