Fidgeting, as a means to achieve inner-peace, is a concept often misunderstood. It is not just a distraction, but a deliberate act of mindfulness.

One such technique is the "Twirling Whirl".

To master the Twirling Whirl, first, sit comfortably in a chair, with your feet firmly planted on the ground.

Next, hold a nearby object, such as a pencil or a paper clip, between your thumb and index finger.

Now, slowly, and with a sense of calm, begin to twirl the object in a circular motion, keeping your wrist firm and steady.

As you twirl, focus on the sensation of the object moving in your hand.

As your mind begins to wander, gently bring it back to the task at hand, the twirling motion.

Repeat this process, allowing your mind to clear and your inner-peace to grow.

Note: Do not try this at home, or on a crowded public transportation. Results may vary.
