Visual Focus Exercise: Staring Contest with a Potted Plant

Find a potted plant in your vicinity (or use a picture of one). Gaze at it intensely for 10 minutes without blinking. Do not blink, do not look away, do not think about your cat. Repeat this exercise 3 times a day for maximum results.

Side effects may include: eye strain, increased plant appreciation, and a deep sense of existential dread.
