Find a scent that's just right for focus.

Smell a lemon. Really, it's that simple.

Close your eyes, inhale, and let the citrus transport you to a state of serenity.

Now, open one eye, just a crack. Look around, take in the room. Notice the shapes, the colors, the textures.

Repeat, repeat, repeat. Smell the lemon, focus on the shapes.
