Step 3: Mastering the Art of Not Caring

You've made it to step 3! Congratulations. You're almost an expert at not caring.

Now, it's time to practice your skills in the art of not caring. Here's a exercise for you:

Imagine someone asks you to do a favor. Something you don't want to do.

Do not react with excitement or enthusiasm. Do not offer to help with a smile on your face.

Instead, look them straight in the eye and say:

"I'm not interested in that."

Then, turn back to your phone and continue playing Phone Frenzy.

Practice this exercise daily, and soon, you'll be a master of not caring. You'll be able to turn down requests with ease and confidence.

But, don't forget, with great power comes great responsibility. Use your newfound skills wisely.
