Advanced Breathing Exercises
Warning: the following exercises are for experienced practitioners only. Prolonged practice without proper technique may lead to excessive relaxation.
1. Box Breath
Also known as the "box breathing exercise of doom", this technique involves breathing in for 4 seconds, holding for 4 seconds, and then out for 4 seconds while imagining yourself trapped in a box. Repeat for 30 minutes, or until your brain has sufficiently imploded.
