Professor Picklebottom's Guide to Wavefunctioning

In which I attempt to explain the Many-Worlds Interpretation to you, a poor, bewildered student.

So, you've heard of the Many-Worlds Interpretation, have you? Well, let me tell you all about it.

Wavefunction: What is it, and why do we care?

Wavefunction is the mathematical object that underlies the Many-Worlds Interpretation. It's like a big ol' wave that goes through every possible universe.

But, why should we care? Well, it's all about the waves of existence.

Many-Worlds: How it all works

So, you see, with every decision, every action, every thought, the universe splits into new branches. That's right, every single time, every single choice you make.

And this creates an infinite number of parallel universes, each with their own version of you.

It's like a big ol' cosmic tree, with every branch representing a different path.

But, what happens when you try to measure the branches? Ah, that's the real question.

Do you want to learn more about the measurement problem?
