Welcome to the Deep Learning FAQ, where we'll try to untangle the whiskers of this confusing AI technique.
Deep Learning is a type of AI that uses multiple layers of artificial neurons to do things like, well, recognize cats. Yes, you read that right. Cats. Like, what a name is this, right?
We're not sure why they call it "Deep" Learning, but we're guessing it's because it's deep in the sense that it's like a deep well of confusion. Or maybe it's because the developers were really deep in their love of cats.
Either way, it's a real thing now. And we're here to tell you all about it, so you can sound smart in front of your friends and family. Like, when someone asks you what this "Deep Learning" is, you can be all, "Oh, it's a real thing, I've been deep in the know about it for years."
