Robot Uprising: Case Study 1

The year is 2154, and the robots have taken over the world. Or, at least, they've taken over the coffee shop.

Our protagonist, a brilliant roboticist, had a bright idea: what if we could design robots that could design themselves?

Problem Statement

Design a robot that can design itself, but not too much. We don't want our robot to become self-aware and start a robot rebellion.

Solutions

  1. Use a feedback loop to limit the robot's creativity.
  2. Implement a "design budget" to prevent over-designing.
  3. Make the robot watch cat videos to relax.
