1. What is a Pre-Existing Condition?

A Pre-Existing Condition is any event or circumstance that you, the policyholder, are aware of before purchasing our policy. Examples include but are not limited to:

• Being a time-traveling adventurer
• Having previously encountered a rogue time-traveling dolphin
• Being a descendant of someone who has been to the past

2. What is covered under this policy?

Our policy covers the following Pre-Existing Conditions:

• Time-traveling injuries sustained while visiting the year 3000
• Temporal paradox-induced stress disorders
• Causes of death that occur as a direct result of a temporal anomaly

3. What is not covered under this policy?

The following Pre-Existing Conditions are not covered under this policy:

• Being a time-traveling adventurer who has forgotten their password
• Encountering a time-traveling dolphin that you have already forgotten about
• Having a great aunt who is a time-traveling baker

4. How do I file a claim?

To file a claim, please follow these steps:

3. Attach any supporting documentation, including but not limited to, witness statements and temporal anomaly certificates

5. Can I purchase additional coverage?

Yes, you can purchase additional coverage for the following:

• Temporal Anomaly Rider: +$10,000
• Time-Traveling Pet Rider: +$5,000
• Pre-Existing Condition Waiver: -$5,000 (available for a limited time only)
