Bootstrap Paradox

A temporal enigma for the discerning time traveler

Also known as the " Bootstrap Problem" or "The Problem of the One-Minute Universe", this paradox arises when an event causes itself to occur, creating a closed timelike curve.

Example: a time traveler builds a time machine, uses it to go back in time and build the same time machine.

Or, more humorously, when a chicken lays an egg, which hatches into a chicken that lays the same egg, ad infinitum.
