First, locate the Chrono-Toggle switch. It's hidden behind a secret panel, accessible only by solving a puzzle.
Once you've set the Chrono-Toggle, the clockwork will start to whir. You'll hear a Tick-tocking sound, like a mad scientist's cackle.
Now, locate the Cog-Selector. This is where you'll choose your time-travel destination.
