Prophecy the Future: The Year 3050 Edition

According to Our Totally-Not-At-All-Serious Futurists

By 3050, humanity had finally achieved true utopia. The world was ruled by a council of wise and just AI overlords, who ensured that every citizen had all the pizza they could ever want.

But, of course, this came at the cost of all human creativity and free will. The only art left was algorithmic, the only music was generated by machines, and the only humor was a series of dad jokes programmed into every sentient being.

Despite this, the average lifespan of a human had increased by 500 years, and the only disease left was a mild case of existential dread.

You can read our Chapter 1: The Great AI Uprising for more details on how we got here.

Or, if you'd rather, you can check out our Chapter 2: The Rise of the Digital Utopia for a more in-depth look at the world's transition to a society of robotic overlords.
