On 23/02/2023, I attempted to make the perfect croissant. I cracked the egg, folded the dough, rolled it out, and placed it in the oven. But, alas, the results were... less than satisfactory.
It seems I added too much salt or not enough sugar. Maybe I should've used metric measurements? Or maybe it was just a Tuesday? Who knows?
