In the beginning, there was only darkness. And in that darkness, there was a single, shining thread. That thread was Luke, son of a carpenter, who had a vision.
He saw a great and terrible sinner, who defiled the land with his abominable fashion sense. And Luke knew that he must stop this sinner, lest the people perish.
He called upon the great and powerful font designers of the land, to aid him in his quest. And they came, bearing gifts of Arial and Helvetica.
Together, they created a style that was at once both functional and divine. And the people rejoiced, for their eyes were no longer assaulted by the sinner's garish attire.
And so, the people prospered. They built great and wondrous things, with fonts that were bold and beautiful. And Luke, the prophet, was hailed as a hero.
