Quantum Leap
Welcome to the Quantum Leap Handbook for Attendees. You're probably here because you've been leaping through time, space, or both, and you're not quite sure how to deal with the consequences. Don't worry, we've got you covered.
Pre-Quantum Leap Checklist
- Make sure you've had a good breakfast. You don't want to leap on an empty stomach.
- Know your exit strategy. Where are you going? When are you going? What are you going to do when you get there?
- Leave a note for your loved ones. They'll be worried about you.
- Bring snacks. You don't know when you'll be able to eat again.
And most importantly, remember: Quantum Leap Rules are non-negotiable.
Post-Quantum Leap Protocol
- Try to find a safe place to land. Preferably with a bathroom.
- Assess your surroundings. Take note of any notable landmarks, time period-specific technology, or awkwardly-placed vending machines.
- Find a reliable source of information. This might be a person, a book, or a functioning computer.
- Report back to HQ. They'll want to know you're alive.
- Enjoy the ride! (Or don't. We can't help you with that.)
