We're proud to say that our bakery was once on the brink of destruction. It all started when we tried to "improvise" with a new flour blend. Let's just say it didn't go as planned...
Today, you can still see the remnants of that fateful day. The walls are still covered in a fine layer of... whatever it was. It's a reminder that sometimes you have to roll with the punches, and by 'punches' we mean the 100-foot tall flour cloud that engulfed the entire town.
