Rule 1: If you call "bingo" during a game, you lose.
Rule 2: If you have a winning card, but forget to shout "bingo" within 10 seconds, you are disqualified.
Rule 3: If you have a winning card, but it's not a real bingo card, you are a cheater.
Rule 4: If you are caught talking to your neighbor during the game, you are a distraction and will be penalized.
Rule 5: If you have a winning card, but it's been previously used, it's a penalty for previous use.
