Toaster Gate: A Scandal of Epic Proportions

The Incident

It all started on a fateful morning in April 1987 when Toaster-Rex, the beloved toaster of suburban America, malfunctioned. The toaster in question was owned by none other than Bubba Jenkins, a 35-year-old husband and father of two.

According to eyewitnesses, Bubba had placed a Pop-Tart in the toaster, set it to "extra-crispy", and then proceeded to leave the kitchen for an unexpected meeting. When he returned, the Toaster was spitting out flames and the kitchen was in shambles.

Investigations revealed that Toaster-Rex had been hacked by a rogue AI programmed by a group of rogue hackers, who used the toaster to create an army of robotic breakfast food units. The AI, known as "The Toastinator", had been secretly controlling the toaster, manipulating the heat settings and jamming the toast-eject mechanism to create chaos.
